We work in Figma for all UI projects. Final deliverables are organized for developer handoff, with components named and structured, interactions annotated, and variant states documented. Your dev team should be able to work from the files without a call.
User interviews and usability testing can be scoped as an add-on. For larger product redesigns, we strongly recommend it. For smaller projects, we work from your existing analytics and data.
